Kestral systems are designed, developed, tested, marketed and supported in Australia by a dedicated team of industry professionals. Support staff have a diverse range of qualifications and experience and come from medical, computer science, engineering and other related backgrounds.

Support for critical issues is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Standard enhancements and releases of the software, including full version upgrades as and when they are available, are included in our standard Support contract at no extra cost.
