  • Be respectful and courteous when communicating (via any method – written, spoken or in person) with our employees
  • It is not OK for anyone to experience abusive, aggressive, threatening, disrespectful, or violent behaviour.

    If you display any of these behaviors towards Kestral employees, they will:

  • Advise you that they will be unable to assist you if you continue the behaviour
  • End the conversation if the unacceptable behavior continues
  • Escalate to Kestral management
  • If the unacceptable behavior continues, this may lead to the withdrawal of our services.
