This provides a structured starting point, allowing staff to review and finalise the booking.

  • Help Enquiries: Displays any queries submitted via the Help button on the Online Bookings website. Once a patient has been contacted and their question addressed, these enquiries can be processed, ensuring no request goes unanswered.
