Built for radiology. Built for pathology. Built for what's next.
Our Innovation Vision
Major innovations rolling out across both modalities in 2026 and beyond. Here’s where we’re headed.
The next generation of
Karisma
Faster to deploy. Easier to scale.
NEW • CLOUD-NATIVE RIS
The next generation of Karisma
Exploring a cloud-native radiology information system built for single-site and independent practices. Fast to deploy, easy to run, and built on the same trusted foundation as Karisma — with a clear migration path from K3 and K4.
INTEROPERABILITY
A truly connected diagnostic ecosystem
K-Link API gateway brings centralised authentication, provider directory integration, and interop APIs — connecting Karisma to the broader health ecosystem with less friction and more control.
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
A smoother journey for every patient
Patient self check-in, online booking integration, and Smart Reporting Worklists — reducing friction at every touchpoint across the diagnostic journey, from referral through to reporting.
RADIOLOGY
Karisma — workflow reimagined
eForms, split billing, and National Lung Cancer Screening Registry upload. Simplifying the operational side of radiology so your team can focus on what matters.
PATHOLOGY
Pathology — a reinvigorated focus
A major focus on pathology is underway. We’re leveraging AI to develop new modules within our LIS software package — extending what’s possible for pathology laboratories and the people who rely on them.
